If you would like to book one or all of the rooms in the Hub please follow these instructions:

1. Open the Calendar to check if the date and time is available
2. Carefully read the Terms and Conditions as you will need to agree to them when you book
3. Complete a Booking Form and submit
4. Once confirmed your session will appear on the Calendar
5. If you are a business or want to book on-going sessions please see (d) below

1. Your form will be checked and if approved you will receive an email confirmation that your session has been booked
2. You will receive an invoice. If you are a resident there will be a reduction in your booking fee
3. If you want to ask questions before, during or after you book, please email hubbookings26@gmail.com or call John on 07825 615735
4. As a business or someone who wants to book a series of sessions over a period of time, please email as above, or call John to discuss
5. After your session, we would be very grateful if you would kindly complete a Feedback Form which will help us monitor the success or otherwise of your function
